Enter the name of the school visit organiser and their contact number (if this is you then enter your name and contact number)
If you require Education Sessions then please type "Yes" in the "Request Education Session" box and the Education Team will then arrange a call with you to book these in. The cost of sessions is not included in the booking at this point but will be added when the Education Team have arranged these with you. The maximum number of students allowed in each session is 32.
If you have ticked to add additional extras, the cost of these is also not included in the booking at this point. They will be added to an updated invoice before payment is to be made.
Select your preferred visiting date. This must be a weekday - we do not offer education visits on a weekend. (We only operate education visits during term time as determined by Doncaster Council. These are available to view and download from https://www.yorkshirewildlifepark.com/education/education-booking/.)
We then need to know how many coaches and mini buses you will be using for your visit. Please ensure you arrive at the Education entrance on the day of your visit. (Off Warning Tongue Lane, DN4 6TB)
We need to know the number of adults and students attending.
Using the options, select the category for students. Use the "Qty" box to change the numbers. You can type the number or use the arrow keys. Then click "Add to Bag" and the tickets will appear in your Basket.
If you have any students who require a 1:1 official carer, please note that we can offer their carer admission free of charge. We do ask that you provide evidence of specific needs. A letter from the headteacher / SENCO on school letterhead is acceptable proof. Please declare the need for these carers under the SEND/additional needs field.

Change the category to your second selection(adults/teachers), change the "Qty" and click "Add More". You can add as many of each category as you like.
When you have added your children and adults you will then need to click "Go to checkout".
